What types of businesses can use Inventory Pro?
Inventory Pro supports pharmacy, grocery/supermarket, hardware store, electronics shop, restaurant/café, clothing/fashion shop, and general retail. Each business type gets a specialized POS and feature set — medicine batch tracking for pharmacy, food menu management for restaurants, size/colour variants for clothing, and so on.
Is there a web app and a mobile app?
Yes — Inventory Pro includes a full-featured web ERP (accessible from any browser) and an offline-first Android mobile app. The mobile app works without internet using local storage, so your staff can keep selling even when connectivity drops. Data syncs back to the web ERP when online.
Does it include accounting?
Yes. Inventory Pro has built-in double-entry accounting — general ledger, chart of accounts, journal entries, payments in/out, expenses, and auto-posting from sales and purchases. You get profit & loss, cash flow, and tax reports without needing a separate accounting tool.
Can I manage multiple shops or warehouses?
Yes. Inventory Pro supports multi-tenant and multi-warehouse management. Create multiple shops of any type under one account, switch between them instantly, and transfer stock between warehouses. Each shop's data is fully isolated.
Does it support installment / EMI sales?
Yes. You can create installment payment plans for customers, set the number of payments and due dates, record each partial payment, and the system automatically posts the transactions to the accounting journal. Receipts are generated per payment.
What advanced modules are included?
Beyond core POS and inventory, Inventory Pro includes: Employee HR & payroll, Manufacturing with Bill of Materials (BOM) and assembly batches, Installment/EMI sales, Customer SMS & WhatsApp messaging via Twilio, Dynamic roles & permissions (RBAC), and 11+ business intelligence report dashboards.
How many languages does it support?
Inventory Pro supports 14 UI languages including English, Bengali (বাংলা), Hindi (हिन्दी), Arabic (عربي), Urdu, Somali, Japanese, and more. You can switch language from the Settings page in one click — no reinstall needed.
How do I control what each staff member can access?
Inventory Pro has a dynamic Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system. Create custom roles (cashier, manager, admin), assign granular permissions per menu and route, and update access live — no server restart required. Staff only see the modules you allow.
Can I integrate with SMS or WhatsApp?
Yes. Inventory Pro integrates with Twilio for SMS and WhatsApp messaging. You can send payment reminders, sale confirmations, or custom messages to customers directly from the software using message templates.
